Ok, here is updated patch. Ok to commit? For 3.2 too?
Sorry to be a pain in the ass, but why didn't you remove the old stuff from arm*-*-linux* and cris-*-linux*? I don't think it's worth keeping just for the extra --enable-threads=pthreads case, if it really matters it can be integrated into the global case.

Otherwise the patch looks fine to me.
