Re: GCC 3.2

Patches below applied to increment the version numbers in the manuals,
mainline and branch. The documentation of branch creation in
branching.html is supposed to mean that you can run branches and releases
when I'm away for a week without missing several changes because I'm not
there to send reminders.
If you want to do something constructive, create a script to do the work.

(Still missing: cvs.html mention of branch name, gcc-3.2/buildstat.html
in wwwdocs and mentions of it in mainline and branch install.texi,
gcc.pot regeneration on mainline and branch.)
I've done all of these -- except for .pot regeneration. The
branching.html documentation says to do this, but it doesn't say how.

I also got rid of the references to version-specific buildstat.html pages
in the manual.  It doesn't make sense to keep having to update that list;
nobody wants to know when they get 3.2 on what platforms 2.95 built.

Diffs for GCC manual and web docs follow; applied mainline, branch,
and to wwwdocs.

	rather than listing version-specific build status files.
