Subject: [PATCH] Fix CPP_PREDEFINES for alpha-netbsd on 3.1 branch

Missed the 3.1 cut-off for this.  Committed to branch.

	* config/alpha/netbsd.h (CPP_PREDEFINES): Add -D_LP64.
