I think they're all necessary here; this file gets included *after*
rs6000/sysv4.h.  (That's the way the PowerPC port is organized.)

(An unrelated note is that having to define both WCHAR_TYPE and
WCHAR_TYPE_SIZE is silly; the former implies the latter...)
