Both changes are fine.
(I am more eager to obsolete things than most of the GCC community.
However, the consensus standard seems to be "willingness of a maintainer
to maintain", and there is no evidence of any maintainer willing to
maintain the A29k, and in fact, some evidence to the contrary, so let's
take it out.)
