I prefer a solution in which we have
bool (*integer) (rtx x, HOST_WIDE_INT size, bool aligned);
const char *int1_op;
const char *int2_op;
const char *int4_op;
const char *int8_op;
const char *unaligned_int1_op;
const char *unaligned_int2_op;
const char *unaligned_int4_op;
const char *unaligned_int8_op;
where the default version of the hook uses the intN_op strings.
This will eliminate hordes of duplicate code.
