Unreviewed patch: merging more C and ObjC initialization


I'm posting a fresh patch since the old one is stale after Zem's
changes.  I've been boostrapping with this for over a week.

Here's the text of my original post:

This patch pretty much guts c-lang.c, making most of what was there
common with the ObjC front end.  The deferred_fns handling was common
but separate, and is now shared (C++ does something very similar but
not quite the same; later there should be room to share some code with
C++ too).

Sharing the rest meant a few additions to ObjC that seem to have
escaped it in the murky depths of history:

1) Static constructor and destructor handling, as discussed with rth

2) When outputting deferred fns, the C front end had (per fn)

  and now ObjC has it too.

3) This bit of code is now in ObjC too (from finish_file ()):

Again, I see no reason for C to have it but ObjC to lack it.

	* Makefile.in: Update dependencies.
	* c-lang.c: Remove unnecessary includes.
	(deferred_fns, start_cdtor, finish_cdtor, defer_fn): Move to
	c-objc-common.c
	(finish_file): Move body to c_common_finish_file.
	* c-objc-common.c: Include varray.h and ggc.h.
	(deferred_fns, start_cdtor, finish_cdtor, defer_fn,
	expand_deferred_fns, c_objc_common_finish_file): Moved from c-lang.c.
	(c_objc_common_init): Initialize deferred function array.
	* c-tree.h (c_objc_common_finish_file,
	static_ctors, static_dtors): New.
objc:
	* Make-lang.in: Update dependencies.
	* objc/ojbc-act.c: Don't include varray.h.
	(defer_fn, deferred_fns): Move to c-objc-common.c.
	(objc_init): Similarly for initialization of it.
	(finish_file): Move some to c-objc-common.c, use
	c_objc_common_finish_file.
