[PATCH] SHF_MERGE support for gcc (take 5)

Hi!

Below is updated SHF_MERGE patch:
a) the invoke.texi fixes should be in
b) uses "M" and "MS" instead of "m" and "ms" for section attributes,
as IA-64 wants to use "s" for SHF_IA_64_SMALL_DATA
c) passed i386-redhat-linux bootstrap and created no regressions
   (ie. 20000801-4.c is fixed)
d) moves the big functions into varasm.c so that they don't have to be
   duplicated accross config headers
e) uses named_section_flags to take care about outputing .section directives
   and printing the right attributes

I haven't done anything about CONSTANT_ALIGNMENT for -Os, I think it should
be done by a separate patch (CONSTANT_ALIGNMENT is used in multiple
places)).

Ok to commit?
