(I guess by egcs you mean the FSF GCC CVS. ;-)
It might have been me who reported that. No execute tests link
at the moment, using instructions at
<URL:http://gcc.gnu.org/simtest-howto.html> with arm-elf
arm-sim. They all get this:
/mnt/miscb3/builds2/arm-sim/gcc/libgcc.a(__main.o): In function `__gccmain':
__main.o(.text+0x20): undefined reference to `__do_global_ctors'
I did not enter a GNATS report, because I saw you were onto
this.
