libgcj and libffi are not ported.

libiberty does not build to to some stdio stuff.  It is also not needed
for an embedded platform.

I fixed things in boehm-gc to support 16-bit pointers, it compiles but
the result is too big for m6811 to be usable (40Kb gc for 64K address space).

For now, it's best to disable these libraries for m6811.
