Since you evidently understand this target macro, could you please add the
documentation for it that is missing from tm.texi? The presence of this
undocumented macro is a regression relative to 2.95. I guess
MAX_LONG_DOUBLE_TYPE_SIZE may also be related, and is also undocumented,
and a regression.
