Interesting, it's something that I've always known was there, and
real code certainly uses it plenty, but the manual doesn't seem to
define @"" strings officially.
I have a background task to get some sort of quasi-standardization
process going for Objective-C, partly to clear up this sort of
confusion, and partly to define Objective-C++, which we're reviving
(I know it sounds weird, but think Cocoa GUI calling C++ methods).
