Will any new VMS support use the existing VMS build files, or will it use
the Unix build system only? If the latter, OK to remove
make-l2.com
makefile.vms
vmsconfig.com
as well?
That's fine. I strongly doubt they work anyway and indeed Alpha/VMS will
now use standard Unix utilities.
