PATCH: style.mhtml

[ webmaster@gnu.org, this is FYI only, there's nothing you have to do
  about this. ]

This patch, which has slept in my local tree for months, adds the
required postfix
``- GNU Project - Free Software Foundation (FSF)''
to the title of all GCC web pages, both on gcc.gnu.org and after the
next nightly run also on www.gnu.org.

(Personally, I am not too fond of this style, but we really should
follow the GNU guidelines.)

I have updated gcc.gnu.org manually, and everything should propagate
from gcc.gnu.org to www.gnu.org automatically next night.

Gerald
