[RFA C++] trivial patch to error.c


In error.c there's a bunch of #defines for a single letter, then a
funky array definition using those letters, then all of the letters are
#undef'd except one.  Looks like a simple oversight; the omission does
no harm other than making apprentice hackers like me scratch our heads.
I've bootstrapped on x86/linux with this in place.  I'll commit this on
the trunk under the obvious-fix rule unless there's screaming.
