xm-files: kill off definitely obsolete gunk

This patch removes a fair bit of gunk which is known to be obsolete
from the xm-files. Only obscure or semi-obscure targets are affected,
with the most common being SCO Unix and BeOS.

Gunk includes definitions of: USE_C_ALLOCA (modern beos has big
stacks); bcopy (handled by system.h); HAVE_* for values of * handled
by autoconf; inclusions of sys/wait.h (handled by [t]system.h);
definitions of OBSTACK_CHUNK_SIZE and IO_BUFFER_SIZE (obsolete
performance hacks); typedefs of size_t (handled by system.h); and
definitions of REAL_VALUE_ATOF (we use ereal_atof unconditionally,
these days).

I cannot test this at all.

The config.gcc patch has had bits edited out (see next message) and
will therefore apply with offsets.

Why does rs6000/xm-beos.h define STANDARD_INCLUDE_DIR and
SYSTEM_INCLUDE_DIR, but not i386/xm-beos.h?
