Thanks.  The attached patch fixes the problem (which has been broken since
the PA port was twiddled to use dbxelf.h instead of duplicating its 
functionality).

	* config/pa/som.h  (ASM_IDENTIFY_GCC): Define.
	(ASM_IDENTIFY_GCC_AFTER_SOURCE): Likewise.
