I don't think it has been submitted, at least I don't remember seeing it.
I am aware of the problem however, I noticed it a couple of days ago while
looking at the Linux kernel miscompilation. I wasn't aware it broke
arm-elf builds though; I managed to complete one with the current 2.95
branch. Maybe only one multilib fails to build?
I think I'll try to fix this properly for both 2.95.3 and the current
mainline. It's going to take a few days though.
[and post 3.0 I really really hope we can rewrite the reload inheritance
code...]
