Zack,

This patch is still bootstrapping, but the stage1 compiler exhibits
the expected behaviour with and without -fleading-underscore (i.e. the
macro __USER_LABEL_PREFIX__ is defined appropriately, and the compiler
outputs assembler with a prefixed underscore on identifiers
appropriately).

Assuming the bootstrap completes, is this OK?
