Testsuite cleanup: remove Makefile.in/configure.in

Some of the testsuite directories have a Makefile.in and a
configure.in.  In all cases these appear to be hangovers from the time
before autoconf.  If I delete all of them, 'make check' doesn't notice
(native build, i386-linux).  This patch removes them.
