I finally got around to fix necessary and requested meta stuff in pgccfd,
mostly better PDF output, cleanup of web links and the necessary name
change. Version 0.5 is there with absolutely no warranty.
Nothing factual has yet been updated, I'm afraid; it still reflects
egcs-1.1
Newbies hopefully do not notice the difference: I believe the forest of
egcswood still looks the same at the edges.
(Refraining from further analogy, but not for lack of imagination.)
Ok to commit?
