If -mpowerpc64 now works, that is news to me. Every time I and
others have played with it, we have received ICEs in emit_move_insn(),
etc. That mode could work and would be useful, but currently it does not
work. Until it works reliably without ICEs, users should not be allowed
to invoke that mode.
