Re: rfc: new libgcc build mechanism
Bother. Clearly I should have done my cross testing
from Solaris instead of Linux.

* mklibgcc.in: Restrict OLDCC=GCC test to native. Equate
LIBGCC1 empty with libgcc1.null.
