Constraints validation in expand phase

- Subject: Constraints validation in expand phase
Is it possible to change gcc-source, such that validation and changing
instructions accordingly to satisfy constraints, in expansion phase itself
using pseudo registers information,etc. If so, can anyone give some idea
about how it is possible.
