Re: Installing GCC on LINUX machine

You should find gcc rpms on your installation cds.

You can find binary rpms for Redhat on web easily, for instance:
http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/1597697/com/gcc-3.4.3-10.i386.rpm.html

You can build gcc from source, but you need a version to "bootstrap" with.
Source tar balls are available at:
http://mirrors.rcn.net/pub/sourceware/gcc/releases/

Hello, I am Suraihan.

I have few questions to ask. I've run LINUX RedHat 9.0 on my machine which I want to setup MRTG-2.11.0
I can't continue with the MRTG setting because there is no C compiler on Linux System.
What I have to do?I am trying to install gcc on my system, but I couldn't find any source or installaiton file. If it is require to install the binary package, then how is it works?
Please help me....
Thank you very much.
