http://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-3.2/changes.html#3.2.3

If you go to the releases page (gcc.gnu.org/releases.html) you will
see links to changes pages for all gcc releases.

Note that gcc 3.2.x is closed and no longer supported. 3.4.0 is the
latest, and 3.3.3 is the most stable maintained release. If you
can move all the way to 3.3.3 or 3.4, you should.
