To me, this sounds like a bug. I am not completely confident of this,
    but I think you should consider reporting this as a bug, as well
    as posting here in search of a work-around.

I don't know of a work-around for this.


Thanks. I just found that if I leave out the -d switch, I do not get this error. I then get linker errors, so I'm not sure what to do. This is all new territory for me.


Do you only use -d if you have used -C ?
