memory leak

Hello
I have a lot of memory leak, i use stl list and vector.
Has the Stl library memory leak?
Or maybe i don't free memory in a proper way.
How do u free a list for example, without freeing the contents?
just call destructor?
or erase+destructor?
freeing the contents with object, with integer ?
