troubles with hpux

Hi,
I want to install gcc on hpux-11.
My machine (output of "model") is:
9000/819/K200
with (output of "uname -a"):
HP-UX titan B.11.00 A 9000/819 25621372 two-user license
Already successfully installed:
binutils-2.11
bison-1.30
"configure --prefix=/opt/gcc-3.0.2" works fine.
"make" stops after quite a long time. I copy the last lines:
