Help compiling gcc-2.95.2

Hi i am trying to compile gcc-2.95.2 on compaq true64 unix 5.1. I read
under the FAQ in gcc.gnu.org that i needed to inwoke ./configure with an
-oldas option but that dont seam to work (i am using the compaq
c compiler). The compilation exits with the following error.

plaase help. (if somone know where i can find a copy of gcc-2.95.3 (or
higher) built on compaq true64 unix V4.0, please also mail me)
