Can't build gcc-3.0.2 on hppa1.1-hp-hpux11.11

  Trying to build GCC-3.0.2 on a HP-UX system and keep running into a
problem.  Using GNU make 3.79, binutils 2.11.2, HP-UX 11i.

  Looking at the errors, all the lines with errors seem to refer to
__size_t - that's the only common thing I can figure out.

  Any suggestions would be appreciated..
