I followed the instructions in Installing GCC: Configuration and created an
objdir and then ran configure.
After a significant number of things appeared to successfully configure, I
got the following error message about "not enough memory":
checking if cc static flag -Wl,-a -Wl,archive works... yes
finding the maximum length of command line arguments...
../../gcc-3.0/zlib/../lt
config[790]: There is not enough memory available now.
configure: error: libtool configure failed
Configure in /forte/ffx/gccObject/zlib failed, exiting.
Anyone know what is going wrong?
Thanks.
