I progressed little bit more in building gcc with your suggestion,
but this time make all is failing.

The error is

make[2]: Entering directory `/home/bijua/gcc-2.95.2/GCC/hppa1.1-hp-hpux10.20/libf2c/libU77'
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `all'. Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/bijua/gcc-2.95.2/GCC/hppa1.1-hp-hpux10.20/libf2c/libU77'
make[1]: *** [u77] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/bijua/gcc-2.95.2/GCC/hppa1.1-hp-hpux10.20/libf2c'
make: *** [all-target-libf2c] Error 2

Any ideas??

Thanks,
