Yes, it happens every time I run make install.
One of the changes is #inst.678# instead of #inst.428#

jar /usr/local/gcc/bin/jar
cp: `jar' and `/usr/local/gcc/bin/#inst.678#' are the same
file

make[2]: Leaving directory `/opt/compile/objdir/fastjar'
make[1]: *** [install-am] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/opt/compile/objdir/fastjar'
