Yup.  You've already got the compiler built.  Now install it, use it
to build glibc, and then build the tool-chain again using the glibc
headers, libraries and object files.  At least, that's my
understanding of the way GNU/Linux cross bootstrapping works.

The cross-gcc mailing list is probably better suited for this kind of
question.
