Log:
rs6000: Remove -mspe options


	* config/rs6000/rs6000.c (rs6000_option_override_internal): Delete
	handling of SPE flags.
	* config/rs6000/rs6000.opt (-mspe, -mspe=no, -mspe=yes): Delete.
