* melt-runtime.h (meltgc_new_double): New declaration.
* melt-runtime.cc (meltgc_new_int): Default discriminant becomes
DISCR_CONSTANT_INTEGER, not just DISCR_INTEGER.
(meltgc_new_double): New function.
* melt/warmelt-hooks.melt (json_lexer): Now lexing numbers but
still very incomplete.
