comments to reflect actual behavior and relationship between
DECL_FIELD_OFFSET, DECL_FIELD_BIT_OFFSET, and DECL_OFFSET_ALIGN.
* gcc/doc/c-tree.texi (Working with declarations): Fix documentation
of FIELD_DECL likewise.
