Log message:
	* build_gcc: Detect Darwin version (7 vs 8), and append
	version to all the "-apple-darwin" pathnames.
	* libstdc++-v3/configure: Remove bringup hack.
	
	* config.gcc (powerpc-*-darwin*): Remove bringup conditional.
	* mklibgcc.in: Don't try to make dylibs from static/kext
	libgcc.
	* config/t-slibgcc-darwin: Don't use SHLIB_MULTILIB.
