* parser.c (cp_parser_decomposition_declaration): Diagnose invalid
forms of structured binding initializers.
* g++.dg/cpp1z/decomp21.C (foo): Adjust expected diagnostics.
* g++.dg/cpp1z/decomp30.C: New test.
