Line 1175 is the conditional occurrence of EPILOGUE_USES(i). The m68k
definition of EPILOGUE_USES references current_function_decl, and apparently
nothing brings in the needed header (tree.h) to resource.c any more.
4.8-20120701 builds fine, so this is a recent regression.
Appending an #include "tree.h" to the include block at the start of resource.c
makes a cross-build work, but that may not be the preferred fix.
