        * c-opts.c (c_common_handle_option): Enable -Wnarrowing as part
        of -Wall; include -Wnarrowing in -Wc++0x-compat; adjust default
        Wnarrowing for C++0x and C++98.
        * c.opt ([Wnarrowing]): Update.
