I want just to remove _GLIBCXX_VISIBILITY(default) from namespace std so that
visibility of std::xyz can be inherited from the outer scope for instance when
compiling with -fvisibility=hidden.
It is mostly to make template instantiation local to user shared libraries,
surely not to make std::string local to libstdc++.so!
