reduced test case

The test case is simply that a function takes the address of a __thread
variable and passes that to another function:

> cat pr50018.c
/* pr50018.c */

extern void pthread_setspecific(void*);
extern __thread int gomp_tls_data;

void gomp_team_start (void)
{
    pthread_setspecific(&gomp_tls_data);
}
