The test case gcc.c-torture/compile/20090917-1.c looks pretty bogus
(particularly the first argument to am_vector_index_for_loop) but it shouldn't
ICE which it does on IA64 HP-UX and Linux when compiled with -O3.
The ICE happens in the selective scheduler. I am not sure if the problem is
platform specific or not, I don't see it on any other platforms.
