[Bug c/39912] New: FAIL: tmpdir-gcc.dg-struct-layout-1/t001 c_compat_x_tst.o-c_compat_y_tst.o execute

The FAIL: tmpdir-gcc.dg-struct-layout-1/t001 c_compat_x_tst.o-c_compat_y_tst.o
execute test fails on powerpc-apple-darwin9 at -m64. The offending section of
the test is the single line...

T(94,struct atal16{}a;,)

in t001_test.h. With that line deleted, the remainder of the test case passes
without errors. I am
attaching the preprocessed source files generated for this testcase compile as
follows with only that single line in t001_main.h using the commands...
