The following code snippet triggers an ICE on mainline:

struct A {};
bool b = (auto (A::*)())0;
==============================
bug.cc:3: internal compiler error: in type_contains_placeholder_1, at
tree.c:2600
Please submit a full bug report, [etc.]
The bug appeared with the patches for the new 'auto' semantics.
