That's correct actually.
omp_set_num_threads sets the NTHREADS_VAR ICV, i.e. something that will be used
to determine the number of threads of the next #pragma omp parallel.
omp_get_num_threads returns the number of threads in the current team, as you
call it in sequential code, that has to be always 1.
