When the attached example is compiled by the
gcc version 4.4.0 20080430 (experimental) (GCC)
using
------------
gcc -O2 -ftree-loop-distribution -funsafe-loop-optimizations -m32 -c
png2theora.c.c -o x.o
------------
it produces the following error:

png2theora.c:405: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
