Incremental builds now work.

This problem seems restricted to 64 bit platforms. I have touched gcc/real.c
and rebuild without error.
However I have now two new "f951: internal compiler error: Bus error" (not with
rev. 134837). One of them with the original code of pr29921. I don't know yet
if it is linked to changes in gfortran or elsewhere.
